  • Translate an inspection requirement into measurable imaging, resolution, contrast, timing and acceptance criteria.
  • Select basic lighting geometry, wavelength, lens, camera and interface options for representative industrial applications.
  • Construct deterministic preprocessing, segmentation, measurement and identification flows using established machine-vision methods.
  • Evaluate repeatability, false-accept risk, false-reject risk and cycle-time performance using representative production evidence.
  • Document, troubleshoot and communicate a complete machine-vision solution using traceable engineering assumptions and test results.
